Is there a minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
For stock order: 1 units.
For OEM/custom order: 100 units.
How will I pay for my product?
For wholesale order: Bank wire transfer (T/T)
For retail: Bank T/T, PayPal
How will my order be delivered?
Shipping methods may vary based on the destination and size of the order.
We have a robust air and by sea logistics network.
What is the lead time?
Standard International orders are usually delivered within 7-17 business days. Orders confirmed before 1:00 p.m. ET will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders confirmed after 1:00 p.m. ET will be processed the following business day. We currently do not offer expedited shipping for international orders.
